Below is the method to get all of them done during your initial playthrough. Gunsmith is going to require a partial second playthrough, so whatever biotic Trophy/Achievement you didn’t get on your first, you can knock out while finishing Gunsmith. There is a way to get all of the biotic related Trophies/Achievements done in one playthrough, but you don’t have to. I don’t know if it they are not meant to or if it is a bug, but I couldn’t get them to register.
